Severn Valley Packaging have a highly motivated and well trained staff who understand the need for the constant quality of products and of customer service.

We have a clearly defined policy to provide products and services of a quality which meet and exceed the expectation of our customers.

All materials used in our manufacturing process are laboratory tested to the highest industry standards. We source raw materials from the World’s major polymer producers, to ensure consistent quality and to benefit from on-going and future technical development. Our quality control department monitors all aspects of production and checks are made throughout all processes to ensure these quality standards are maintained.

This commitment has been instrumental in our Company achieving and maintaining the BS EN ISO 9001:2000 quality status and have recently gained ISO 14001 (Environmental Standard) accreditation. We also plan to implement the BRC/IOP Global Standard in the near future enabling us to have direct food contact approval.

We believe that success is achieved by training and motivation of our staff with adherence to documented procedures, careful investigation of any system or product deficiencies and a policy of continuous improvement.
